THE PUMPGU ARCHIVE
Recovered from Pump history.
THE $PUMPGU LORE
GOES BACK FURTHER
THAN MOST PEOPLE REALIZE.
This isn't the story of a new coin
trying to attach itself to Pump.fun.
PUMPGU WAS ALREADY PART OF THE STORY.
01
BEFORE THE COIN
It starts with Sapijiju and Pump.fun.
Pump.fun was already a major force in the trenches.
During interviews from that era, Sapijiju was still protecting his identity — and PumpGu was the little green character appearing over him on screen.
THE CHARACTER EXISTED BEFORE THE COMMUNITY.
02
THEN HE LAUNCHED IT.
SAPIJIJU LAUNCHED $PUMPGU ON PUMP.FUN.

AND THEN PUMPGU DISAPPEARED.
Pump.fun kept growing.
The platform evolved.
The trenches changed.
Thousands upon thousands of coins came and went.
Meanwhile, PumpGu sat there —
A forgotten piece of early Pump lore.
04
UNTIL THE COMMUNITY FOUND HIM.

FOUND:
THE ORIGINAL CHARACTER
People started digging.
They found the coin.
They found the Sapijiju connection.
They found the old interviews.
They realized the character associated with the token was the same little green character that had appeared with Sapijiju.
And suddenly...
PUMPGU HAD A STORY AGAIN.
05
NOT A CTO.
SOMETHING DIFFERENT HAPPENED.
STANDARD CTO
- Creator leaves
- Community takes control
- Original connection ends
PUMPGU
- Original creator remains connected
- Community begins building
- Creator rewards → Community rewards
- Original history remains intact
When the community came together around $PUMPGU, the coin wasn't converted into a conventional CTO.
Instead, creator rewards were switched over to community rewards while Sapijiju remained connected as the original creator.
That distinction matters.
Rather than erasing the original creator connection, the community began building around the history that was already there.

Before the community,
there was the character.
Before the comeback,
there was the coin.
Before the coin,
there was Sapijiju.
More than a year later,
the community pulled this little green character
out of Pump history
and brought him back into the trenches.
NOT AS A REPLACEMENT
